Our EWB-GT Taste of Bolivia for a Cause event aims to promote Bolivian Culture while raising awareness and support for Engineers Without Borders (EWB) - Bolivia project, where we will construct a sustainable gravity fed distribution system from a spring water source for the community of Catuhuaya, Bolivia that currently lacks reliable access to fresh water. At the event, we will be promoting Bolivian style empanadas, offering students a chance to experience Bolivian cuisine while learning about the importance of clean water access and recruiting new EWB members. Through this event, we hope to increase awareness of Bolivian culture, educate students on global water challenges, and engage our university community in making a tangible difference.
