The objective of the proposed research is to develop and optimize Monolithic 3D (M3D) DC-DC converters using back-end-of-line (BEOL) compatible oxide semiconductor transistors to advance on-chip power delivery and management in 3D-stacked systems. The work addresses challenges posed by conventional power management solutions by leveraging M3D integration to improve power density and minimize area overhead.
