Multi-parameter Imaging Mass Cytometry™ (IMC), utilizes CyTOF® technology, combining the advantages of both immunohistochemistry and time-of-flight mass spectrometry. By using metal-tagged antibodies, 40+ parameters can be measured simultaneously without autofluorescent interference, providing robust, reproducible, and reliable data.
