QEP Experiential Learning Program Summits 

Opportunities for students to participate in beyond-the-classroom learning are key components of the next QEP. Faculty and staff leaders of experiential learning programs are invited to join an upcoming Experiential Learning Program Summit to discuss ways your program can engage with the QEP.    

These summits will bring together leaders of existing EL programs to learn about the QEP learning goals and assessment plan and the proposed QEP experiential learning criteria. We invite you to share existing reflection assignments and help us collaboratively develop reflection assignments to pilot in fall 2024. 

Faculty and staff who meet any of the following characteristics are encouraged to participate: 

• You contribute to the leadership of an experiential learning program at Georgia Tech 
• You are interested in participating in the Fall 2024 pilot by using the QEP reflection assignment with a group of students in your program (small financial incentive will be provided to participating instructors) 
• You are interested in learning more about the QEP and possibly listing your program as an “immersive learning partner”.
