In this session we will review the following important Onboarding and Manager Self-Service (MSS) transactions that will assist you in your summer hiring efforts:

  1. New Hiring Onboarding Processes
  2. Manager Self-Service Request Forms (Miscellaneous): Understand how to navigate to the MSS Request Forms and review how to enter short work breaks (used only for Graduate students) and start date changes.
  3. Employee Transfer: Learn best practices for seamlessly transferring employees between departments or locations, understand the transfer action reasons, when to transfer employees and review the transfer process.
  4. Position Transactions: Learn how to change the pay group
  5. Ad Hoc Salary Change: Learn how to efficiently manage and process salary changes for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  6. Terminate Employment: Review the process for handling employment terminations, including term extensions in OneUSG Connect.
