Georgia Tech Human Resources (GTHR) has been working diligently to improve processes and remove inefficient practices and launching a digitized performance management module in ServiceNow called Performance Management @Tech.

To support supervisors with the update to the performance management self-assessment process, GTHR is hosting this live demonstration.
