Join us as we celebrate Dia de los Muertos with a live reading of a short story by Yadira Sandoval Rodriguez, from her book Stories to Understand Otherness. The reading will be followed by a Q&A and discussion on the importance of the Day of the Dead in Mexican tradition, and its roots in Aztec and Nahua cultures. Come and learn more about the Day of the Dead as we end Hispanic Heritage Month and start Native American Heritage Month.
