Saving your student organization records workshop

Join the Georgia Tech Library’s Archives and Special Collections Department Wednesday, Nov. 8 from 11 a.m. to noon in the fourth floor classroom, located on the fourth floor of Crosland Tower, for a workshop on saving your student organization records.

University Archivist Alex McGee and Digital Accessioning Archivist Dillon Henry will lead a brief session on caring for your physical and digital records to preserve your organization's history. Archival supply kits and lunch will be provided to attendees.

This workshop is funded by the Georgia Archives Month Spotlight Grant. In addition to the workshop, the grant will fund archiving the records of the Price Alliance, the primary LGBTQIA+ student organization on campus.

The spotlight grant is provided by the Digital Library of Georgia, the Emory University Rose Manuscript, Archives, and Rare Book Library, Hollinger Metal Edge, the Media Preserve and Preserve South.
