SKY Campus Happiness is a comprehensive well-being and resilience program designed to help students, faculty and staff achieve their fullest potential. In this 40 minutes live interactive session, we will share:
- how to overcome from mind wandering
- a powerful breathing technique
- a guided meditation

Our inspiration
We are an open space to drop in and find calm. Knowing the benefits of breath-work and meditation we love to share these tools with more and more people.
A 2020 study at Yale that explored mental wellness interventions with surprising results. Discover how SKY Breath Meditation/ SKY Happiness Retreat created significant improvements in stress, anxiety, depression, mental health, social connectedness, mindfulness, and positive emotions for Yale students.
