Discovering Mechanical Engineering: A Visit to the George W. Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering

The George W. Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering and Women of Woodruff (WoW) are hosting an event to showcase the opportunities available in mechanical engineering and related fields. The event is open to all students, with a special emphasis on women and underrepresented minorities interested in pursuing graduate studies in these areas. Attendees will have the chance to learn about ongoing research, financial support options, and receive tips for applying to graduate school and external fellowships.

The Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering is home to students in a range of fields, including nuclear and radiological engineering, bioengineering, computational sciences and engineering, and robotics. This diversity of disciplines allows students to explore a wide range of topics and to collaborate with researchers from different backgrounds.
