Digitized HRAP ASI Request and JD Tool are Live! - Cloned
The new digitized HRAP Advanced Salary Increase (ASI) Request for staff and faculty and job description manager (JDM) for staff are live, making it more streamlined to submit and track the status of your compensation-related requests!
To access the HRAP ASI request, log into the ASC employee portal by using your Georgia Tech credentials and click “Service Request” > “All Categories” > “HRAP Advanced Salary Increase (ASI) Request.”
You will only have access to this new digitized form if you are an HR Partner or Supervisor who previously had the ability to submit salary increase requests.
All faculty salary increases will still be initiated in GT-TRACS; once requested, Faculty Affairs will submit the digitized HRAP ASI request on the employee’s behalf.
Job Description Manager (JDM)
After you submit a staff job description request in Smartsheet, Compensation will provide you a direct link to PayFactors to collaborate on and create or edit your job description.
Currently, the new job description manager is applicable only for staff job descriptions. The use of this new tool for faculty job descriptions for units is being explored.
Important: Starting today, please attend the Webinar training to learn more on how to use the new HRAP ASI request and JDM. Please note, training opportunities are only available for HR Partners, Compensation, and select HR practitioners at this time.
Reminder: Going forward, please submit all staff HRAP ASI requests via the request in ServiceNow and create, edit, and finalize staff job descriptions via the PayFactors link sent to you by Compensation. Additionally, Compensation will continue to work on your requests submitted prior to January 30.
