SPP Speaker Series

The School of Public Policy welcomes Donald Sampler, vice president of finance/admin at 
Metropolitan State University and assistant to the administrator for Afghanistan and Pakistan affairs, USAID, and Barbara Smith, vice president of peace programs at the Carter Center, as speakers for our SPP Seminar Series for a talk titled, "U.S. Politics, Global Development, and Security in 2023 – Policy Perspectives of Two Experts.”
