Join us for a mid week break in a beginner friendly Breathwork and Meditation workshop.

SKY Campus Happiness is a comprehensive well-being and resilience program designed to help students, faculty and staff achieve their fullest potential. In this 45 minutes live interactive session we will share:

  • how to overcome from mind wandering
  • a powerful breathing technique
  • a guided meditation
