German Soccer Culture

This event will feature German-speaking culture and soccer in the context of this year's world cup. We will set up a soccer goal, a goal screen, and some tables at the corner of Tech Green. This will be used to involve students in German language acquisition activities (e.g., soccer vocabulary) as well as cultural understanding related to the meaning of soccer in the German-speaking culture. We will have a skill shooting competition where participants can win small prizes. We also have a trivia game set up to learn about the German-speaking culture.
