New Library Techonology: eGlass demonstration (Hybrid)
Primary tabs
Join us online or in-person in the Library's fourth floor Teaching Studio Tuesday, July 19 at 11 a.m. to learn more about the Library's latest educational technology, eGlass. Light refreshments will be served.
eGlass is an illuminated glass writing surface/lightboard with a built-in camera. It allows educators to pre-record or live stream content for diagramming, annotation, drag and drop images, slideshows, documents, or browser content with automatic background removal – all while being able to “write on the board” while facing students.
This technology will be available for the Georgia Tech community to reserve in the Teaching Studio's Video Capture Space beginning this summer. Representatives from Pathway Innovations and the Library will be on hand to answer questions and demonstrate use cases.
