AN ARTS PLAZA POP-UP EVENT

Celebrate Earth Day with a Cypher featuring Georgia Tech's very own DJ 2-Smooth and Tekstyles. Stand back and watch or step in and dance - either way, there's going to be great music and amazing moves.

DJ 2-Smooth is a long-time member of the Georgia Tech community. He's a DJ of 10+ years, and ready to turn up any event. He will be DJ'ing the Earth Day Cypher as well as the Silent Disco on April 27! He says "Come kick it with me, and listen to some awesome music during the duration of the event. I will have my banner out there with my number so you can send in any requests you have!"

Tekstyles is a community of freestyle dancers who promote the Atlanta hip hop dance community within Georgia Tech.Tekstyles dancers will attend the Earth Day Cypher and freestyle to various tracks, showcasing different styles of hip-hop. Throughout the session, they will host bboys, poppers, party dances, locking, krump, and more.
