Fall Semester Permit Renewal Begins Nov. 29

Fall Semester Permits will expire on Friday, December 31, 2021. If you are interested in purchasing a Semester Permit for Spring 2022 and keeping access for your current lot/deck, permits will be available November 29 - December 17, 2021 at driverseat.gatech.edu. During this time, your lot/deck assignment will be guaranteed with your Semester Permit purchase.

Starting January 1, 2022, you may also upgrade your Semester Permit to an Annual Individual Permit for Spring and Summer 2022 and keep your current lot/deck assignment.

If you miss the renewal period, you may purchase Semester Permits in The Driver’s Seat starting Saturday, January 1, 2022. Purchases after January 1 will be based on lot/deck availability only. The last day to purchase a Spring Permit is Tuesday, February 15, 2022

Note:

  • Spring Semester Permits are valid January 1, 2022 through May 15, 2022.
  • Permits purchased during the renewal period will show a 2021 “valid” date. Valid dates will be updated automatically to January 1 through May 15 shortly after purchase.
  • If you do not renew or purchase a new permit, your parking privileges will be removed from your BuzzCard and online parking account after December 31, 2021.
  • Students who purchase Spring Semester Permits during the renewal period will be billed to the Bursar’s office on January 3, 2022.
