Grove Park/Proctor Creek Walk and Service

We’ll focus on removing invasive species carefully from this high-value forest. We’ll show how to recognize these high-value forest areas, and we’ll end with a short walk to a beautiful section of Proctor Creek. We’ll walk approximately .5 – 1 miles on natural trails along with some off-trail locations. Please wear long sleeves, long pants, sturdy shoes, and work gloves are recommended. Bring a water bottle, sunscreen, some bug spray, and then a pair of work gloves if you have them.

We will meet at 2 pm at the CULC turnabout and leave at 2:10 pm (near the statue). We will back be 5:15 pm. COVID Policy - We ask that you bring a mask with you for the ride over as well as in case it is required by our host.
