Primary tabs

Many of the challenges we face in the modern world, such as climate change, energy, contaminated water supplies, and natural disasters, can be linked to humans’ relationship with the environment. Researchers in Georgia Tech’s School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences (EAS) aim to better understand these complicated, natural earth systems and guide more informed public policy, sustainable resource management, and economic development decisions. Combining expertise in science, chemistry and mathematics, EAS specializes in a broad range of research areas including, atmospheric chemistry/air quality, climate, oceanography, geophysics and geochemistry.
