Trademark Searching Made Easy

A trademark helps you protect and brand your business without having to worry about competitors using your brand, and confusing your customers with a product of lesser quality. This course is designed to teach you how to search for trademarks registered in the United States using the Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS). The hands-on course will cover: strategies for conducting a federal trademark search; searching marks using the Design Search Code Manual (DSCM); and searching marks using the Acceptable Identification of Goods and Services Manual.
