PATH400 Waterway Cleanup

Primary tabs

Grab your neighbor, and join the GT Trailblazers and Livable Buckhead for a volunteer day on PATH400! This Waterway cleanup volunteer event provides an extraordinary opportunity for Livable Buckhead to promote community involvement, encourage environmental Stewardship, while making an immediate and tangible impact on one of Buckhead’s newest parks. These volunteer events will include kayaking, canoeing a detention pond and cleaning up the park by collecting trash, etc. No previous experience is necessary, just a willingness to pitch in, get a little dirty and have some fun making a tangible difference in the park. Tools will be provided for by Livable Buckhead, Lauren Rock and the Atlanta Toolbank.

All volunteers are encouraged to bring their own water and must wear a mask and follow all social distance protocols while participating in this volunteer experience.

Projects will be scheduled on Sunday, Feb. 21 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.  and will meet at the neighborhhod entrance of PATH400 750 East Paces Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30305.

Ample street parking is available adjacent to the PATH400 entrance.
