I Don't Sell Insurance - My Journey at Allstate

Matthew Miller graduated from Georgia Tech in May of 2008 with a B.S. in Economics and began working as a Financial Analyst in Allstate Insurance Company’s Southeast Region Finance Department in July of that year.

Since then, Matthew has had various ascending roles in the Finance function, including time in Investments (Portfolio Management) as part of Allstate’s Leadership Talent Acceleration Program and as the Regional Finance Leader of the Northwest Region, where he was responsible for over $1B in annual revenue.

Over the last 2+ years, Matthew has held the role of Director of Finance: Agency Economics, where he has been responsible for leading a team in the strategy, design, and analysis of Allstate’s incentive compensation programs for the company’s agents and sales leaders.
