Ajit Dodani received his M.S. in Economics in 2011. He is the director of operations for Closing Services at HomeLight, a series C prop-tech start-up headquartered in San Francisco.

Ajit will be discussing the course of his career as an analytically-driven leader, interwoven with lessons in empathy. 

He began his professional career in analytics at Capital One, which culminated in his scaling and managing Capital One's corporate strategy product team. His domain expertise spans data analytics, business analytics, product management, data strategy, corporate strategy, market intelligence, negotiations, business operations, general management, real estate, banking, credit, and startups.

Guilty pleasures include coding (when he shouldn't) and failing to be hyper-productive.
