A Conversation with President Cabrera (hosted by the School of Economics)

The School of Economics is commemorating the 50th anniversary of the first economics degree awarded at Tech with activities highlighting its remarkable growth — and auspicious future. The year will include a full program of events including academic events, lectures, symposia, and exhibits. 

To mark this milestone, the School of Economics has launched our 2021 Distinguished Speaker Series - where our first speaker will be President Cabrera.  

A Conversation with President Cabrera (hosted by the School of Economics)

Ángel Cabrera is the 12th president of the Georgia Institute of Technology. Cabrera came to Georgia Tech on Sept. 1, 2019, after serving for seven years as president of George Mason University (GMU) in Fairfax, Virginia.
