The film, which explores the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic as the virus first spread in Wuhan, China, is being shown as part of the 2021 Global Media Festival. The post-screening panel will also feature Michael Elliott, associate professor in the School of Public Policy and the School of City & Regional Planning; Amanda Weiss, assistant professor in the School of Modern Languages; and Lu Liu, visiting assistant professor of Chinese in the School of Modern Languages.
The discussion will be held from 7:00-8:00 p.m. EST on February 4 via BlueJeans. Registrants can RSVP via Eventbrite and will receive a link so that they can watch the film prior to the discussion.
The screening is one of many events in the School of Modern Languages' 2021 Global Media Festival.
