Learn to sail online this Fall with the Georgia Tech Sailing Club! The class is geared towards beginners – no prior experience necessary! This class will teach you all the terminology and skills to be able to sail a boat on your own. 

As we are practicing social distancing, we will only be officially offering the classroom portion of this class. To get experience on the water, you are encouraged to coordinate with a 420 instructor in the club for informal lake days. For all our fellow Ramblin’ Wrecks, whether you’re a brand new freshman or even a faculty member, this is a great way to get involved on campus.

Event timing: Every Thursday, beginning Sept. 3, 6:30-7:30 EST

Event cost: $15. You must also be a dues paying member of the Georgia Tech Sailing Club ($65/semester)

You must be a Georgia Tech student/ faculty to take the class. Signups will close Sept. 3.
