Virtual Event: Effective, Crucial Conversations – Part 1

Join the Women of Georiga Tech Employee Resource Group (ERG) as they host a panel of successful Georgia Tech employees who will discuss the importance of effective 1:1 meetings, the benefits of crucial conversations, and how they champion not only their careers, but those of their colleagues.

Panelists include:

  • Shoshanna Engel, Senior Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Deputy Title IX Coordinator, Georgia Tech Athletic Association
  • Ivy Gardner, Employee Relations Director, Georgia Tech Human Resources; and
