Rubin Writes Chapter in Sectarianism, Proxies and De-sectarianisation Report

Lawrence Rubin, an associate professor in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, contributed a chapter in Sectarianism, Proxies, and De-sectarianisation (SEPAD) report Saudi Arabia, Iran and De-Escalation in the Persian Gulf.
