Life has changed drastically in the last few months. In the Office of International Education, we have been working remotely since March 16 and understand how strange and challenging this time is for families across the world. While remote, we are here to help students make plans for their future international experiences. Virtual advising appointments are able for your student to book. We will also host a number of live webinars and recorded webinars on our website this summer, so that students can access information on demand, as they have time. We are always available to answer questions and provide information via email (education.abroad@oie.gatech.edu). 

As 2020 has proven to be an unprecedented year with new challenges, obstacles, and barriers, OIE is hoping to reduce some of those challenges by offering an additional application cycle. We are happy to announce that we are hosting an additional OIE Administered Scholarship application cycle for undergraduate students studying abroad in fall 2020 and spring 2021. The application deadline is June 15 and students will have an update on the status of their application by July 20. Students should apply online and will apply for nine different scholarships with their one application.
