Health Initiatives will be offering weekly virtual programming for the last 4 weeks of the semester:

  • Mindful Mondays @ 4-5pm (EST)– a mindfulness meditation to start your week
  • TEDxTalk Tuesdays @12-1pm (EST)– ~15 minute Ted Talk and discussion over lunch
  • Well-Being Wednesdays @ 2-3pm (EST) – Wellness trivia on a variety of well-being topics include sleep, healthy eating and active living, sexual health, and summer safety
  • Teal Ribbon Thursdays @ 1-2pm (EST) – Pro-social bystander tips to prevent sexual violence
