Primary tabs

Georgia Tech Strategic Consulting is excited to announce this year's lineup for the Third Annual Organizational Effectiveness Conference to be held at the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center May 7-8.

This year’s dynamic group of keynote speakers, leader panelists, and facilitators will offer fresh points of view and share inspiring stories around the 2020 theme, “Strategy and Culture.”

Topics will focus on:

  • Improving processes through organizational alignment.
  • Innovating with technology to adapt to changes in the workplace.
  • Inspiring people to build and thrive in their communities.

Gary L. Brantley II, chief information officer for the City of Atlanta, will serve as the opening keynote speaker. As an innovative leader, tech strategist, and author, Brantley will offer valuable perspectives and expertise on leadership development and culture building.

A diverse leader panel, representing Georgia Tech; Community Foundations for Greater Atlanta; and tech startup, Flatfile Inc., will discuss lessons about ways to improve processes, innovate with technology, and inspire people to thrive in the workplace.

A lineup of interactive breakout sessions tailored for leaders at the individual, team, and enterprise levels will be led by a mix of higher education and industry leaders. Facilitators hail from organizations such as Georgia Tech, the University System of Georgia, Gallup, Agile Thought Leaders, the BB&T Center for Ethical Leadership, and The Coca Cola Company.

And new this year — the 2020 conference will feature its first “Power Hour” featuring renowned entertainer and magician Ben Seidman.
