The 2020-2021 Academic Year Georgia Tech On-Campus Housing Application is now open for new Transfer and new Graduate students. The Department of Housing offers programs, services, and resources designed to support growth and development in a convenient and comfortable home as you live and learn at Tech.

Once you have been accepted to the Institute, the online application for housing can be accessed through My Housing on the Georgia Tech Housing website.

New Graduate students who accept the housing contract by May 15, 2020 will be able to create roommate groups until May 15 and select and assign themselves to their rooms beginning May 18, 2020. New grads who apply after May 15 will have a room assigned to them based on availability.

New Transfer students who accept the housing contract by May 20, 2020 will be able to create roommate groups until May 20 and select and assign themselves to their rooms May 21-29, 2020. New transfers who apply after May 20 will have a room assigned to them based on availability.

Watch for details in your Georgia Tech email. Room selection numbers are created according to the housing contract accepted/signed date – so don’t wait!
