Demystifying How Georgia Tech Works: Insights into the President's Office

Primary tabs

Have you ever wondered what the Office of Sponsored Programs does? How to work with Development or Corporate Relations? What is a strategic partnership agreement with an organization, and how you can benefit? How are committees that matter to you formed at the Institute? How is Georgia Tech connected to the University System of Georgia and the legislature, and how this affects us?

If you feel that you understand your area well but would benefit from seeing the bigger picture at the Institute, then please join us for the Demystifying How Georgia Tech Works event series. Organized by the ADVANCE Program, the event series features discussions from faculty and staff on various topics from partnerships to philanthropy. Events are open to all faculty, staff, and students.

Presenter Frank Neville, senior vice president for strategic initiatives & chief of staff, will discuss the new leadership structure, the alignment of current roles with Georgia Tech’s overall goals/priorities, and how the Institute plans to manage and execute its outreach. In addition, Frank will focus on emerging trends from the strategic planning efforts and priority areas for the chief of staff and president’s cabinet as well as the GT campus community as a whole.
