International Education Week: Reinventing the Toilet — Solving a Global Equity Challenge

Dr. Yee leads the Generation 2 Reinvented Toilet (G2RT) program, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where a global team of scientists and engineers are taking a second look at reinventing the toilet to solve a global equity challenge. This project is tied to improved access to sanitation with the goal of realizing a low-cost "Single-User Reinvented Toilet" solution. Come and learn how this large global team is approaching the problem through international collaboration bringing expert engineering to bear on a pressing global problem.
