Receiving Mail and Packages

Now that you have moved to Coda, please remember to update your mail code in TechWorks. Once you log in using your GT username and password, go to “My Home” (on the top left tool bar) and expand the “My Personal Information” block to edit your information.

This document outlines mail and package delivery and pickup procedures for non-GTRI Institute residents of the Coda building.

Addressing Mail (not Packages)

To help ensure you receive your mail in a timely manner, please remember to use your campus mail code as part of the Georgia Tech zip code as shown below:

Mail Pickup (not Packages)

OIT, CSE, IDEaS, IISP, ML, and Health Analytics have keys to the mailboxes on LL2 and can pick up their mail directly. Mail for all other departments will be available for pickup on 12 East in the Community Support Services Office Monday – Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Addressing Packages

Use the following format to ensure proper receipt of your packages. Note the change in zip code. It is important to use the “30308” zip code to ensure timely delivery of your packages.

Package Pickup

For all non-GTRI Institute residents, all packages (USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and Staples) will be delivered to 12 East in the Community Support Services Office. Packages will be received by a CSS team member and stored in a locked location. Recipients will receive an email or phone notification that a package has been delivered and they can come to the CSS Office (12E) Monday – Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. to pick it up.
