- Through psychology, you will learn about why sustainably changing your daily happiness level is difficult
- Through sociology, you will learn about how rises and falls in income inequality have affected happiness in America
- Through economics, you will learn about why income only partially predicts one’s happiness level
- Through clinical psychology, you will learn about ways to cope with distress and excessive self-criticism
- Through philosophy, you will learn about how functioning well differs from feeling happy
