SKY at Georgia Tech invites you to celebrate the International Day of Yoga.

In this amazing session, we will discover yoga beyond just physical exercise. We will unravel how Yoga is a way to unite the mind, body and spirit through a combination of asanas (yogic stretches), breathing exercises and meditation. We explore how Yoga helps us develop "Skill in Action" and reduce stress, anxiety and depression leading us to a relaxed, productive and joyful state of mind.

We will be serving refreshments as well.
