Our presentation discusses the policy Delphi approach as one means for undertaking policy research, considering both its strengths and limitations as a research method. We also examine how researchers from the CACP have utilized this approach to understand issues surrounding wireless technologies, workplace accommodations, and digital technologies for people with disabilities.
