The History of Artificial Intelligence, a gallery exhibit at the Ferst
Primary tabs
The History of AI exhibit, by online graduate student Edwardo Martinez, provides a perspective on the progress of Artificial Intelligence by presenting portrayals of AI in science fiction and relating them to real-world AI achievements. As AI becomes more intertwined in our lives, the exhibit demonstrates just how far AI has progressed and what may be next.
The artwork will be displayed in the lobby of the Ferst Center for the Arts from April 4 to 26, 2019. The lobby is open Monday-Friday, 11 am-6 pm.
This exhibit is just one of the 14 culminating projects created as part of Creative Curricular Initiatives (CCI), a program of the Georgia Tech Office of the Arts. CCI is dedicated to the idea that nurturing students' artistic sensibilities and exposing students to artistic process is essential to developing creativity and innovation.
