I understand that the KNIT Mentorship Program will be hosting events throughout the year and that I will commit to attend, and encourage my mentee to attend along with me.
I understand that to be paired with a mentee I must attend all general mentor trainings, and any supplemental trainings for special mentoring programs.
I understand that to be paired with a mentee, I must be present at the pairing party on September 9th, 2019.
I understand that I am committing to meet with my knitting circle once a month and mentee face to face once every two weeks, and will complete any assigned deliverables.
I understand that I will be required to share my ideas and experiences as a Georgia Tech Undergraduate with my mentee(s), and will commit to a mutual relationship of entering someone else's world to hear about their dreams and challenges.
I understand that I am required to meet with my mentees outside of the KNIT organized events.
I will notify Jordan Conway (email@example.com) confidentially if I perceive that one of the mentees needs professional assistance or support.
I understand that trust is fundamental to building sound relationships with and between mentors and mentees and, thus, agree to ethically protect the confidentiality of the students by avoiding talking about them to other students.

I give the KNIT Mentorship Program permission to share my name, email address, and phone number with my student mentee(s).
