Price Gilbert to close, Crosland to open
Primary tabs
Price Gilbert, the current home of the Georgia Tech Library, will close for renovations Friday, Dec. 14 at 6 p.m.
The library will reopen in the refurbished Crosland Tower Sunday, Jan. 6 at 8 a.m.
The library, currently located in Price Gilbert, will be open 24 hours for all of finals, and will continue to provide open study space throughout the weeks leading into finals in Clough Undergraduate Learning Commons.
During the break between fall and spring semesters -- Saturday, Dec. 15 through Saturday, Jan. 5 -- library employees will operate using the Clough Commons Core Desk on the second floor from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
At this desk, users will be able to request gadgets and return materials. Requests for library materials will continue to be made through the library's web site, and delivery will continue from the Library Service Center through the transition. Users might experience delays or service interruptions due to a software upgrade Dec.14-17.
