Student Mindfulness Book Club

Please join your fellow students as we read and discuss the book The Mindful Twenty Something: Life Skills to Handle Stress...and Everything Else. While discussing the book, participants will also learn about what factors cause stress and practice techniques to help them manage it in a healthy way. 

Registration is required. Those registered will receive a copy of the book and light breakfast at each meeting.
