Midtown Road Closures Anticipated This Weekend

With Georgia Tech Family Weekend and the inaugural Midtown Festival of the Arts scheduled for September 25-26, the Georgia Tech community is advised to note the following road closures:
- All lanes of Peachtree Street between 5th Street and 10th Street in Midtown will be closed to vehicle traffic starting at 8 p.m. Friday, September 24, through 8 p.m. on Sunday, September 26.
- Portions of 6th Street, 7th Street, 8th Street and Peachtree Place will be closed near the points where they intersect with Peachtree Street. This is a 48-hour road closure to accommodate the Festival’s main site set-up, operation and tear down.
