Value of a Purpose-Driven Life with Vic Strecher
Dr. Vic Strecher, CEO and Founder of JOOL Health, will be visiting campus for an invited talk on life purpose and well-being. Dr. Strecher has authored numerous studies on the science of purpose and will bring his insights to Georgia Tech employees and students on September 25, 2018 through a 1-hour talk on living a purpose-driven life. JOOL encourages individuals to monitor how well they’re living according to their stated purpose, and helps them develop the energy and will-power they need to effectively pursue it. The app helps users improve the key health behaviors that support purposeful living in SPACE: sleep, presence (mindfulness), activity, creativity, and eating.
