Boosting Your Academic Self-Confidence

Experiencing decreased levels of confidence in your academic life can make it harder
to cope with academic demands. This workshop will examine various factors that
negatively affect academic self-confidence, and identify a number of strategies aimed
at helping you improve in this area of your life.

A part of the Counseling Center's Wellness and Stress Management Series Workshops for Fall 2018.  These 50-minute workshops are open to all members of the Georgia Tech community.
