Professor Jonathan Schneer - History, Technology, and Society, will give a talk about his book, "The Balfour Declaration: The Origins of the Arab-Israeli Conflict", followed by a book signing, in the Museum Theater at The Jimmy Carter Presidential Museum, 441 Freedom Parkway.
