April 26, 2018, deadline for FY2018 requisitions $500,000 or greater requiring sole source justification approval from the State
May 15, 2018, deadline for FY2018 requi8sitions $10,000 or greater requiring sole source documentation (not subject to the April 26th deadline above)
May 29, 2018, deadline for FY2018 requisitions $10,000 or greater on State or GT contract
June 6, 2018, deadline for FY2018 requisitions between $2,500 - $9.999 not requiring bids, but requiring Purchasing review
June 13, 2018, deadline for airline transactions to be charged against FY2018 funds (this is especially important for those traveling on State funds)
June 15, 2018, deadline for change request forms to update Purchase Orders due to Procurement and Business Services
June 19, 2018, deadline for creation and approval of all FY2018 requisitions $2,499 or less
June 22, 2018, deadline for all Pcard purchasing to allow the charges to post before the end of the fiscal year
