The Institute for Data Engineering and Science at Georgia Tech is hosting a Data Science Industry Day on March 28, 2018 as an introduction to it's programs and centers. Industry Day is an opportunity for local industry to have a two-way conversation with GT faculty and students around pressing data science issues and to engage with GT IDEaS to navigate across the university. Who should attend?
Industry: Technical Managers, Project Leads, Decision makers and C-suite. This year's focus will be on three major topics (1) AI and Machine Learning, (2) Graph Analytics and Anomaly Detection (3) Unstructured Data (Text, Image, and Video)
Academia: Faculty and Researchers conducting research in these areas and who have an interest in industry partnerships. We also welcome participation and suggestions from faculty for additional industry speakers. Please contact Renata Rawlings-Goss at rrawlings.goss@gatech.edu. Students who are active in these areas are also invited to present a poster.
