Come learn the tranquil meditation exercises of Falun Dafa.

Falun Dafa is an ancient Chinese qigong practice for the mind and body; it's based on the principles of truthfulness, compassion, and tolerance, and it includes 5 gentle exercises to improve one's health, calm the mind, and cultivate the heart. Qigong is a broad term for morning exercises that have been practiced for thousands of years in Eastern Asia, such as Tai Chi, as well as some styles of martial arts. Anyone is welcome to participate regardless of age or physical condition; the movements are very gentle and can be done in workplace attire.
