Georgia Archives Symposium "Celebrating Archival Record-Keeping: The Georgia Archives at 100"

This year’s topic, Celebrating Archival Record-Keeping: The Georgia Archives at 100, will feature individual and panel presentations on topics ranging from genealogical records, archival collections held at a few of Georgia’s universities, the Atlanta Black Archives Alliance, World War I records at the Georgia Archives and more! The symposium will take place April 7, 2018 from 9:30-3:45. It is free and open to the public. Lunch will be available for a cash donation, and will feature a student poster and a slideshow with images selected from the Georgia Archives collections. This year’s symposium is sponsored by the Georgia Archives and Friends of Georgia Archives and History.
